Privacy policy

In short

LabelBite has no account, no server and no analytics. The nutrition, health and body data you enter stays on your iPhone and, if you use it, your paired Apple Watch. We, the developer, never receive it.

The app

Camera: label, meal and drink photos are processed on the device by Apple's Vision framework and, where available, Apple Intelligence. They are not uploaded anywhere.

Apple Health: with your permission, LabelBite reads body metrics, steps and energy burned, and writes logged nutrients, water, weight, body fat and waist. Health data is managed by Apple on your device. LabelBite does not send it anywhere.

Stored on the device: foods, meals, drinks, targets and measurements. Deleting the app removes them. Data written to Apple Health stays there until you delete it in the Health app.

The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party SDKs. It makes no network requests of its own.

This website

labelbite.app is hosted by Vercel Inc. Delivering a page means your IP address and browser details are processed in server logs, for delivery and security only.

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The language is picked from your browser's language setting and is not stored. Fonts are served from this domain, not from Google.

Controller and your rights

The controller is Krzysztof Słomka (StackMade), Mogilany, Poland. Write to the address below for any privacy question.

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data, and you may complain to a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Because the app keeps your data only on your device, you can view and delete it there yourself.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
